All talent placements and team engagements are governed by separate service agreements signed between UpCheckAI and the client organization.
Client IP and project details shared with UpCheckAI are kept confidential under NDAs signed by all talent placed through our platform.
UpCheckAI's liability is limited to the value of services delivered under a specific engagement agreement.
